What is an expert determination and why is it important?
Expert determination is the process of having a qualified third party certify the redaction results are in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Mendel works directly with Mirador Analytics, the leading HIPAA Expert Determination provider, to review and certify Mendel’s redaction results are within HIPAA stated guidelines and in compliance.
